If I switch crews after claiming car, but before season end, does it definitely get delivered as usual? Don't want to assume I would be able to claim with new crew.

Unless the new crew earns the car after you join, you won't get the car.

Even if I collect the car from the milestone page and then change crews? If I press 'collect' that doesn't lock it in for me?
