Cypher
Cypher is an International rival, winning the Mazda Furai in the qualifiers. Cypher has custom livery on his Furai, on a black body. Cold and bent only on winning it all, Cypher commonly tries to intimidate everybody, from the player to even Roman, to express his skills and determination to win. He was one of the racers Nitro anonymously sent a donation to in order to start a career.
After losing to the player in the Eliminators, Cypher will offer a High Stakes Challenge. A mechanic is needed to win his Mazda Furai.
