Kareem "The Dream" Johnson, more commonly known as KJ, is the leader of Nu Fangz.
KJ drives a Toyota 86 Rocket Bunny during the Nu Fangz chapter and a Nissan GT-R Nismo (R35) during the CSR Grand Finals chapter.

- In previous versions of the game, KJ's original tier 4 car was the Nissan LB GT-R (R35) Premium but has since been replaced with the addition of TEMPE5T.
- In Legends, Kareem claims to have dated Izzy in the past but Izzy denies this.
- Kareem shows interest in Ashleigh as he tries to get her to eat hot dogs with him and asks the player to tell her where he is if she asks.
- In the alpha versions of the game, KJ had a darker skin tone, wore white framed glasses, a white t-shirt with "Nu Fangz" in a graffiti font, red & white headphones, and a cap that had the Fangz crew logo from CSR Racing. He drove a Mercedes-Benz A 45 AMG for tier 1 and an Aston Martin Vanquish for tier 4.
